I have a playlist that contains every UK number one song since charts began in 1952. Thanks to EveryHit, this is a fairly simple process. Let’s remind ourselves of these songs.

I’ll Be Home” by Pat Boone was Number One on 16th June 1956 and stayed there for five weeks.

This guy is in his 80’s now but wow, he was a good looking lad when he was young, I’d certainly have waited for him coming home…
