So, what’s new on The Popularizer recently?

‘Pour elle’ – Alexis Roussiaux

The new voice of French Pop! Chiseled texts and effective melodies, Alexis ROUSSIAUX is the new revelation of the French scene. Through his songs, he approaches current themes with simplicity, strength and sincerity.

‘State Of Mind’ – Dansu

DANSU is an indie electro act from Amsterdam, whose neo-pop grooves are undeniably catchy yet refreshingly unpretentious.

Having already racked up an impressive 8 million streams while being featured on Spotify’s Global Viral top 50, this band is on the move… fast! Now, having scored a Shazam top-10 hit in Israel and a track on French label Kitsuné, DANSU are back to present their latest single.

“State of Mind” is a catchy indiepop track, with a haunting organ hook and Indian summer vibes. The track is accompanied by a quirky Napoleon-Dynamite-esque freestyle dance video, shot on the streets of Tokyo. Dance along with DANSU, get out of your head and be in the moment!

‘Electric Life’ – Naah

Naah is a 22 y/o artist who writes her own music. Sometimes in the studio among friends and sometimes alone in her bedroom late at night when she can’t sleep. With roots in the indie rock/pop-world, she now translates her experience from band-jamming to electronic music, and the result makes you feel a longing to hear the songs over and over again. With new-thinking lyrics, rhythmical tracks and an amazing voice she puts her own stamp on music. It’s not electro. It’s not dream. It’s not pop. It’s Naah!

‘Liar Liar’ – July Jones

July Jones is a London-based artist creating electronic pop music.

After signing her first record deal at the age of 14 (Germany) following explosive success on YouTube, in 2015, she turned down a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston to pursue a career as an artist in the UK. Now she writes and records out of London, UK and is releasing her music independently.

As a solo artist July performed on numerous stages such as London/Helsinki/Ljubljana/Leeds Pride, Essex Festival, Great Escape, Ted Talks, Hard Rock Cafe’s Anniversary, and many more. She also supported the likes of Professor Green & Rita Ora.
