I want to review every UK number one song since charts began in 1952. Thanks to EveryHit, this is a fairly simple process.

Let’s remind ourselves of these songs.

“The Good, The Bad And The Ugly” by Hugo Montenegro was Number One on 16th November 1968 and stayed there for four weeks.

This was taken from the soundtrack to the movie of the same name. It’s very cowboyish and I suddenly have the urge to dress up like a cowboy, walk down the street while this song accompanies me!
