‘You’

By Steve McSteveface

“What would you do for love? For a brilliant male bookstore manager who crosses paths with an aspiring female writer, this question is put to the test. A charming yet awkward crush becomes something even more sinister when the writer becomes the manager’s obsession. Using social media and the internet, he uses every tool at his disposal to become close to her, even going so far as to remove any obstacle –including people — that stands in his way of getting to her.

If you’ve ever fancied having your own stalker (or learning how to be a stalker) then this show really is for you.

It’s packed full of beautiful people and has a very dark and very twisted storyline. However, every now and then there is also a shot of humour thrown in for good measure.

I managed to watch 5 episodes in a row so it really is addictive and easy to watch.

THE SONGS

As you might expect the songs featured are also a little on the ‘dark’ side but sometimes that’s just what we need, right?

There is a really great cover version of ‘I Want You to Want Me‘ which is used in the trailer as the theme song and it really sets the mood and tone for the whole season.

Find out for yourself watch the show here and then listen and follow the playlist below.
