Star of The Voice, Delaney releases her amazing new track “Bow And Arrow”.
Following her epic exit from last years series of The Voice, singer Delaney has released her incredible new single “Bow And Arrow”, as the follow up to her previous tracks “No Shame” and “Access”.
Delaney (full name Delaney Silvernell) hails from Queensbury, NY although she was born and raised in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, and is a classic small town girl chasing big dreams out in Los Angeles, California. Building on her powerful voice, uniquely soulful chords and love of songwriting, Delaney made her debut on Season 15 of NBC’s The Voice in the Autumn of 2018 and continues to make a career driven by the desire to empower people to find strength in their emotional vulnerability.
She says of “Bow And Arrow”: “I wrote this song with a friend while processing my feelings after getting kicked off of this past season of NBC’s The Voice. I felt deeply discouraged and confused while transitioning from the reality TV world back to regular life, and struggled to understand the entire experience. These feelings inspired me to write from the total opposite perspective. I wanted to convey courage and inspiration in hopes to communicate those feelings to motivate others who are feeling lost and uninspired. That’s how “Bow & Arrow” was born”.
“Bow And Arrow” is a dark and often brooding number with a funky beat made all the more fantastic by Delaney’s soaring voice over each chorus. She states “I aim to shoot high” and judging by this latest triumph, she will succeed most assuredly. Watch out for Delaney, 2019 is going to be her year!
