DEBUT ALERT! Clayton Francis releases his debut “You’re The One (That Got Away)”.
US Singer and songwriter Clayton Francis has just released “You’re The One (That Got Away)”, his very first solo single amid personal heartache and dramatic changes in his life, but emerges with an emotional track that will make you stop, think and listen, and perhaps even shed a tear or two.
After writing music for other projects including his band (UNTIL HOME) and other artists (ZACHARY STAINES), Clayton Francis knew that it was time to step out into the light as a solo artist and release music that reflected his sound and journey as an artist.
Following the sad death of his sister and band’s breakup, music became a deeper form of healing therapy for Clayton, writing about themes focusing on love, grief and loss. As an artist Clayton Francis also self-produces all of his music allowing for an honest, more intimate connection with each his song.
Let’s hope this will be the first of many new songs from Clayton as his life moves on and his career grows ever stronger. He has certainly set a high standard with “You’re The One (That Got Away)”. We wish you all the best Clayton.
