Canadian producer Spatial Soul teams up with indie-pop artist Apollin for “About You”.
The collaborative work of Spatial Soul and Apollin started in the summer of 2018 in Montreal, Canada, with the intersection of two musical universes. “About You” is an Electro-pop track is driven by a strong hook exploring the obsession of newfound love.
On the one hand, Spatial Soul embodies a musician’s sonic journey into the cosmos. Lush nostalgic atmospheres unfold into deep cosmic grooves, shaping a blend of electronic music that defies gravity. The first step of this odyssey began in 2018 with five releases, which gained traction thanks to features on French label Dealer de Musique (Mome) and official Spotify playlists Montreal Chill and Outliers.
Apollin is the alias of afro-Caribbean French Indie-pop artist Dylan Bonfils. Inspired by the Greek god of arts, music and male beauty Apollo, the moniker Apollin is a reflection of the singer’s penchant for romanticism and androgyny. 2019 promises to be a breakout year for Apollin, allowing him to present his singular blend of vibrant pop to the world.
The collaboration of these two artists has led to the creation of four singles set for release throughout 2019.
