British lo-fi/indie rock band Jack The Rabbit release their second single “Katie”.
Jack the Rabbit are a 4-piece indie band from Bath, UK and “Katie” is the second single release and the follow up to their debut “Streetlights” last year.
With influences from Catfish and the Bottlemen, Blossoms and The Night Café, the quartet intertwines dynamic guitar hooks with descriptive narratives, capturing frontman Matt’s experiences and frustration with nightlife and love alike.
“Streetlights” is a Bond theme waiting to happen, with its striking, epic opening and chorus that could so easily adorn the next 007 title sequence and “Katie” is a more than worthy successor, with its echoey vocals and brilliant guitar chords. This is one band to watch for, they will go far!
