FRESH: ‘I Don’t Love You Anymore’ – Gorran

Gorran showcases “I Don’t Love You Anymore”.

by Christopher Smith

“I Don’t Love You Anymore” is a powerful, emotive ballad, supported by effortlessly classy melodies and Gorran’s compelling vocal performance. Though truly poignant and agonising at its core, the song also evokes a deep sense of subconscious relief. With such a profoundly personal yet universal message, the track will resonate with everyone who has experienced the pain of heartache.

London-born singer/songwriter Gorran is a gifted performer and writer. His debut track, “Easy For You”, provides a bold introduction to his dark, gritty pop sound. Gorran grew up in a very musical family, his father is a classical composer and Head of Composition and Contemporary Music at the Royal College of Music, and his mother is an editor at Gramophone magazine.

Gorran has been writing and producing songs since the age of 13, but it was at The BRIT School that he found his sound and began to take writing seriously. Feeling inspired, he would regularly write songs on his phone on train journeys to and from college. Since leaving BRIT in summer 2017, Gorran has been writing, recording, and producing his original pop tracks, as well as refining his exceptional live show.

He recently opened for KT Tunstall on her UK tour, including a performance at the London Roundhouse to a crowd of 2,500. Exciting things are on the horizon for Gorran, as he looks forward to releasing more original music in the coming months.
