American doo-wop group, The Marcels were number one for 2 weeks with Blue Moon.

I LOVE THIS SONG! I feel like it’s been a while, since I said that. The Marcels perfectly doo-wop their hearts out for this fantastically cheering song. Can we also take a moment to credit the marvellous vocals of lead singer, Cornelius ‘Nini’ Harp, which are just gorgeous. All together now, bomp-baba-bomp-ba-bomp-ba-bomp-bomp… vedanga-dang-dang-vadinga-dong-ding…
