American pianist, Floyd Cramer, was number one for 1 week with On the Rebound.

This is a very uptempo piano based instrumental tune and I like it a lot. It has many layers to it, the piano, finger clicking, bass guitar, strings and a little ooh-ing and aah-ing from backing vocalists. It’s a neat, succinct track and I can see what it, albeit briefly, hit the top spot.
