Cyd Williams releases “Low”.

Danish singer and songwriter Cyd Williams has just released his new track “Low”, a love song with a difference. Cyd explains: “I wanted to make a traditional love song, but I soon realised it wasn’t about me. Instead I had distanced myself from the story’s literal narrative and had chosen to tell a story based on fascination and fantasy”.

He adds “I had created this scene, that didn’t necessarily tell something about my life at that moment – instead it projects my inner desire, and what I dream of; To one day experience this scene as a present figure”. Cyd describes his music as “comfort for the faint hearted”. “Low” also comes with the track “It’s Been So Long” and is Cyd’s fifth release since he debuted earlier this year with the song “Figures”.
