Bethany Dyson says there’s “Just You And Me”
Cross-genre singer/songwriter Bethany Dyson is already creating a buzz with her straight-talking lyrics and honest, raw approach to songwriting. Since her first release, “Do What You Want”, at the end of 2018, Bethany has kick-started her career by reaching No.3 in the iTunes Country Chart and has gained support from local and international radio stations. Bethany’s newest single, “Just You and Me”, has a soulful pop twist with a timeless feel.
The track focuses on mental health and escapism, steeped in an optimistic vibe. Joining Bethany on the track is drummer Steve White (The Style Council, Paul Weller, The Who), bassist Yolanda Charles (Robbie Williams, Hans Zimmer, Squeeze), horn player Bryan Corbett (Brand New Heavies) and hammond organ player Joel White (Hague and White, Pulp, Finlay Quaye) to name a few. The single has been named ‘Tune of the Week’ by BBC Music Introducing Coventry and Warwickshire and also received support from BBC Radio London and Soho Radio.
