UK band Pattern Pusher have been about for a few years now with their own brand of harmless, perfect Brit-indie-Pop tunes to enlighten our wold and make us all happy.
Their latest, “Come Along”, is no exception, having been producered by John Waddell and mixed by the legendary Chris Sheldon (Foo Fighters, Biffy Clyro)!
“Come Along” is Boo Radleys meets Jamiroquai. It’s got funk, soul and a whole lotta great feeling and vibes to it in the great British tradition of poptastic music. Singer Alex Johnstone, Bass player Benny G and drummer Benny C hail from the south west of England, where the sun shines brightest and warmest, so this is where the secret lies in their feel-good factor songwriting!
“Come Along” is the band’s first release in over a year. Both lyrically and sonically the song is looking to a brighter future, after a tough time for society, helping each other out and feeling hopeful for better days ahead. Bursting into life with driving keys and a pulsating bass line, the single is sure to be an anthem for the summer, injecting some much needed positivity into a music scene that has suffered a great deal over the last year. With an album on the way, 2021 WILL be the year these three really take off and take over. Get with it!
