The Divine Comedy have always had a ‘satirical’ outlook on the music business and despite frontman Neil Hannon bagging all the limelight, The Divine Comedy are in fact a seven-piece group, who have continued to record and play live since their high charting days of the late 1990’s.
Just what was lurking in the woodshed? And who still takes the National Express? All issues that can be discussed on their forthcoming greatest hits album, “Charmed Life – The Best of The Divine Comedy”, released next month (February 2022). The album contains their two most recent recordings, “The Best Mistakes” and their Christmas tune, “Home For the Holidays”.
