Twenty two years after its release, a new mix of Anastacia‘s debut single, “I’m Outta Love”, has just emerged, remixed by rising German producer CARSTN and young Swiss producer, Nicolas Haelg. This new mix is much more chilled than the original, feisty 2000 single that went to the top of the Australian singles chart and reached No.6 in the UK.
Stripped back and focusing more on Anastacia’s vocal rather than the music, this new version has been released just as Anastacia has sung the title theme to a new movie called ‘American Night’, which stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers and is her first new recording since her version of Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You)” in 2020.
Anastacia is touring Europe and the UK this Summer (2022) with her delayed 20th Anniversary tour, while Anastacia herself has said that her album “Evolution” (2017) would be her last. She intends just to release singles from now on. We’ve heard that one before!
