THEN & NOW: Adina Howard

Singer Adina Howard has just released a brand new single, “Keep Lookin'”, her first for two years. Adina debuted in 1995 with “Freak Like Me”, which went to No.2 in America and No.33 in the UK. She followed that with three further US chart hits.

In 1996, Adina covered Tina Turner’s “What’s Love Got To Do With It?” with Warren G for the film ‘Police Story 3: Super Cop’. This went to No.2 in the UK, her biggest hit there and was a top ten hit across much of the rest of the world.

In 2021, fans were delighted when her second album, “Welcome To Fantasy Island”, was finally released. The album had been recorded in 1996 and was scheduled for release the following year, but was shelved by her record label, Elektra, causing Adina to leave them soon after.
