THEN & NOW: Sia and Kylie Dance Again

2014 – Australian songwriter and artist Sia Furler co-writes “Kiss Me Once” for fellow countrywoman and Pop Queen Kylie. The track is to become the title song of her latest album. Sia herself releases “Chandelier”, which becomes her first global smash hit and lead single from her new album, “1000 Forms Of Fear”.

2024 – Sia and Kylie are back together for their first collaboration, “Dance Alone”, which will feature on Sia’s tenth studio album, “Reasonable Woman”. The song follows on from the album’s lead single, “Gimme Love”. Ten years apart, it’s Sia’s tenth studio album and Kylie’s most recent is called “Tension“(!)

“Dance Alone” is a fast-moving infectious Pop-Dance number which puts both of them back on the dancefloor and hopefully back in the charts… Sia remains busy not only with her own impending release, she has also produced American socialite Paris Hilton’s forthcoming second studio album (not called “Ten”!)
