I have a playlist that contains every UK number one song since charts began in 1952. Thanks to EveryHit, this is a fairly simple process. Let’s remind ourselves of these songs.

“I’m Alive” by The Hollies was Number One on 26th June 1965 and stayed there for one week.

This is such a wonderfully cheery song and you can’t help but smile when you hear it.

Also, isn’t it nice when people sing to us to let us know that they are still alive?

Tune in to me on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube…
