3 Songs, 6 Artists, 1…Winner?

By Steve McSteveface

The BBC has announced the songs and artists for Eurovision: You Decide.

What do we think?

Kerrie-Anne – ‘Sweet Lies’

It’s a good, upbeat song and if we’d entered this 20 years ago it would have done well.

Anisa – ‘Sweet Lies’

Sweet but forgettable.

Michael Rice – ‘Bigger Than Us’

Wishy washy.

Holly Tandy – ‘Bigger Than Us’

Better! If she belts this out, well, it could be fab.

Maid – ‘Freaks’

I can’t make up my mind if this is a piss take or not. Is it a novelty carnival themed song? Is it good? Do I like it or not? Does the word soccer rhyming with locker really, really irritate me?

I just DON’T KNOW!

Jordan Clarke – ‘Freaks’

I know it’s the same song as above, but, well no!

For me it has to be Holly Tandy and Maids as close second.

The public will choose who goes through to the final in a live TV show, Eurovision: You Decide, on Friday, 8 February.
