New Jersey singer/songwriter Jesse Erckert previews two debut tracks at once!
Jesse Erckert is a singer/songwriter based out of Old Bridge, NJ who has been writing, performing, and recording his own original music since the age of 15, but this year he has released two brand new tracks for the first time, “Figure It Out” and “All That I Need”.
“Figure It Out” is a country-influenced guitar ballad with Jesse’s beautiful tender lyrics and gorgeous vocals while “All That I Need” is a bright, acoustic number with Jesse playing both guitar and drums that just oozes an evening spent on the beach watching the sunset.
Jesse plays an array of instruments including guitar, bass, piano, drums, and ukulele. It has always been important to Jesse to record all these instruments on his own to maintain his ‘One Man Band’ feel. The music of Jesse Erckert is heavily influenced by artists such as John Mayer and Jason Mraz, as well as many Pacific island reggae musicians like The Green and Katchafire. Jesse finds motivation for writing music while traveling and claims that “being in new places are the only way to combat writer’s block”.
When not making music, Jesse works as a Registered Nurse! Let’s hope that will come to an end very soon with two very accomplished songs to present to the world as a solid, accessible writer and artist in his own right.
