Róisín Murphy is back with “Incapable”!
Róisín Murphy is back after a three year break with her stonking brand new single “Incapable”! It’s a superb slice of hypnotic electro-pop and a worthy Róisín standard already. “Incapable” is the first taster of new music from Róisín since her four double A-siders of 2018 and her last studio album “Take Her Up To Monto” in 2016.
Róisín of course will be remembered as the lead singer of Moloko who twenty years ago stormed the global singles charts with their classics “Sing It Back” and “The Time Is Now”. She launched her solo career in 2005 with the album “Ruby Blue”. She released the enormously successful follow up “Overpowered” in 2007 which featured four chart hit singles including the brilliant “Let Me Know”.
After working with other artists, Róisín returned in 2015 with “Hairless Toys”. “Incapable” is the lead single of her as yet untitled fifth studio album due later this year and Róisín has a heavy Summer of dates across Europe in support of this.
