FRESH: ‘Super Magic’ – Louise

Louise returns with the sparkling “Super Magic”!

Pop

Louise Redknapp, formerly Louise Nurding, is back with a spanking new single, “Super Magic”! The brand new song is her first fresh material since her 2020 album “Heavy Love“.

“Super Magic” is produced by Steve Anderson, better known as one half of the 90’s team Brothers In Rhythm and also long standing producer and co-writer with Kylie Minogue.

It’s nearly 30 years since Lou burst onto the music scene as one-quarter of the girl group Eternal. She achieved four top ten hits from late 1993 to the end of 1994 and a multi-Platinum album, “Always And Forever”, before leaving and establishing herself as a solo artist. That began in 1995 with the single “Light Of My Life” and saw Louise release her debut album, “Naked“, the following year.

“Super Magic” has a retro mid-80’s feel to it but there are also elements of her own song “Don’t Be Shy”, recorded for her second album “Woman In Me”, in there too. “Super Magic” has a more positive, upbeat feel to it than her last work, just as we have come to expect from the lady who can count the bubblegum pop anthems “Undivided Love” and “Arms Around The World” among her best loved hits.

“Super Magic” will feature on Louise’s reimagined “Greatest Hits” album that is due for release on 2nd June and will feature a new exclusive cover of a well-loved Janet Jackson song!

Stay in touch with Louise

Enjoy!
