The song, “I Begin To Wonder”, was recorded by Dannii Minogue in 2003
German producer Jean-Claude Ades, Dacia Bridges, Olaf Kramolowsky and Dannii Minogue herself wrote the song “I Begin To Wonder” for her 2003 album “Neon Nights“. It was released as the second single in March that year and peaked at No.2 in the UK and No.14 in Australia. The track went top twenty on the US Dance single sales chart. It was also a hit across mainland Europe, becoming one of her most successful songs.
The track was mixed/mashed, with additional production from Ian Masterson, with Dead Or Alive’s 1985 number one hit “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)” as one of the B sides to form the new track “Begin To Spin Me Round”. The song was also released as a separate CD single in many territories, which undoubtedly helped sales of the single, partucularly in America and Canada, where “You Spin Me Round (Like A Record)” had gone to No.1 in Canada and No.11 Stateside.
