FRESH: ‘When There’s Doubt’ – Morgan Cameron Ross

A Chap That Writes Songs And Walks His Dogs

By Steve McSteveface

Originally hailing from Vancouver, Morgan Cameron Ross has seen it all. As the front man of multiple successful bands, including Bellwoods and Birds of Wales, Morgan has toured the world with everyone from Ron Sexsmith to Xavier Rudd to Mumford and Sons.

‘When There’s Doubt’ was written by Morgan Cameron Ross and Hollywood composer, Todor Kobakov. The song, an ambient piano ballad by Ross, is a staunch departure from the melodic folk based music of his past.

This guy just oozes coolness and has the voice of an almost angel. His singing style and songwriting have a fabulous storytelling quality to them that’s addictive.

Influenced by Ryan Adams, The Shins, and Elliott Smith, Morgan has earned himself numerous Top 10 Billboard hits along with Platinum and Gold records for his songwriting talents for other artists.

Morgan once got in a fight with Matthew McConaughey after McConaughey lunged an insult at his cat. He’s also the cousin of Bob Ross. Yes. That Bob Ross (it’s okay we don’t know who he is either).
