Asher Knight is back with “Step Back”!

Asher Knight – who we featured earlier this year – has collaborated with non other than Mark Owen from Take That and Red Triangle to create this new song to push the style of Asher and his music, for people to have relaxed but up beat sound and worded to think about how we should all “Step Back” and appreciate what we have in this world.

Asher Knight is a 21 year old singer-songwriter, born in Bradford, UK. Asher first discovered his love for singing aged 16, initially reluctant to pursue a career in the music industry, he was introduced to renowned celebrity vocal coach CeCe Sammy to improve his confidence and their working relationship has flourished ever since.

Asher now lives in London to focus on his music full time. As well as building an impressive catalogue of songs, Asher works with writing greats like Cuttfather, Terry Ronald, Jon Maguire and Jamie Sellers, Mark Owen and James Blunt and Olly Murs. and producers AC Burrell and Travis Payne. 2018 saw Asher supporting UK act Steps and then went on to perform as support act on the All Saints UK tour and gained a large number of fans. Asher was the main support act on Boyzone’s recent Farewell tour, Thank You & Goodnight. In April and May, Asher will support The Vamps on their UK & Ireland tour.

“Step Back” is the lead track to his new EP due out on 17th May 2019, it targets Asher’s music style and brand and keeps the theme based around emotions and how people see themselves and how they need to keep strong against all the difficult times in life no matter how young or old they are.
