THEN & NOW SPECIAL: Louise ‘Re-imagines’ Eternal

For her upcoming “Greatest Hits” album, Louise has re-recorded her classic songs she recorded with the group Eternal in 1993-94. Already released is the ‘new’ “Just A Step From Heaven“, and now Lou has followed this with a video of all the Eternal hits from the period.

Beginning with “Stay” – September 1993, UK No.4, the Eternal medley continues with the aforementioned “Heaven” before moving on to “So Good” – July 1994, UK No.13, the medley takes in three of the five hit singles she enjoyed with the quartet before moving on as a solo artist in 1995.

All the tracks have been recorded and produced with Steve Anderson, one half of Brothers In Rhythm and Kylie’s long time producer, and compliment her original sound that began with her debut album “Naked“. The three feature on the deluxe edition of the album along with ‘re-imagined’ versions of her own hits such as “Light Of My Life”, “Arms Around The World” and “Let’s Go Round Again“.

Louise’s other Eternal hits, not included on the album, were “Save Our Love” – January 1994, UK No.8, “Oh Baby I…” – October 1994, UK No.4 and “Crazy” – December 1994, UK No.15.
