Singer and songwriter Samuel releases a brand new track and video, “Valentina”.

by Christopher Smith

Samuel Valentina

Brighton based singer and songwriter has released “Valentina”, a brand new track together with a striking video to accompany it.

Samuel explained to us here at talkaboutpopmusic.com that “Valentina’ is a moody, dark cinematic pop track that chronicles the demise of Valentina, a woman who has succumb to the demons in her head”.

The video was directed and edited by Samuel and sees him delve into the darker side of human nature with religious imagery, witchcraft and illuminate references woven into the video. Samuel adds “pop is fun when it’s a bit dark and subversive I think!”.

The new track follows hot on the heels of his EP of unreleased tracks we featured only last week! This young man sure gets them out at a rapid rate! Keep ’em coming Samuel!

Synthcity 2018

Samuel is playing at Synthetic City London 2018 Reloaded, a fabulous live music event presenting ten of the finest modern synth-based acts from around the world, on September 22nd. Tickets are available from Abnormal Productions website.
