We’ve not heard from Gorran (Duric-Speare) for two years now since his last release, “I Don’t Love You Anymore“. So we were pleased to hear his brand new single, “We’ll Be Fine”.
The song, is a beautiful guitar and acoustic track which once more focuses on Gorran’s sublime and heart-wrenchingly honest vocals.
Gorran has spent the past two years busy writing since his first three tracks arrived in 2019, spending time at Kensaltown Studios with renowned producer Martin Terefe, his son Noah Terefe, and Grammy Award winning mix engineer Dyre Gormsen.
“I just want people to feel something” Gorran says of his music. “Whether it’s deep pain or sheer bliss, it’s just so important to me that there is an experience being had. I really don’t like the idea of my music being confined to a particular genre, it’s not about that. It’s about the purpose and the impact of each individual song. I want to tell stories that live on forever in the music”.
Gorran graduated from the prestigious BRIT School (whose past class roll includes Adele, Amy Winehouse and Rex Orange County) he developed his songwriting skills, distinctive sound and dynamic live show. Having amassed almost a million streams with his debut releases and graced stages across the UK, Gorran returns for the next chapter in his career and hopes to build on that success further. With “We’ll Be Fine”, he does so brilliantly, effortlessly and beautifully. welcome back!
