The Human League‘s breakout, biggest and best known song, “Don’t You Want Me?”, is 40 years old! And to celebrate this new milestone, the band have released a brand new mix of the track courtesy of Purple Disco Machine (who also offer a very good remix of Kylie’s “Magic”).

“Don’t You Want Me?” was released on 27th November 1981 and became the Christmas number one in the UK that year, selling over a million and a half copies to date. It also topped the American singles chart selling over a million copies and remains the band’s biggest seller.
